Pizza Palooza Sunday June 29th 12 pm - 5 pm

We’re firing up the wood oven, roasting some veggies and sausage, and talking all things PIZZA!! Join Andrew and Bob (aka the professional and the home baker pie guys) for an afternoon of pizza making. They will guide you through building a fire in the oven, essential tools, dough mixing, different fermentation methods, dough hydration nuances, and the grand finale: baking and eating some delicious pies!

Cost: $150

What to bring: We recommend bringing a pen/notebook for notes, closed toe shoes (no heels), and a water bottle.
