Hello from Scratch Baking Co. - Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

*If you had an issue with something you purchased at the bakery or your experience, please let us know; we always appreciate feedback.

*Other than large bagel orders(see below) we do not offer online orering.

*CAKE/SPECIAL DESSERT/PASTRY ORDERS - All orders MUST be placed AT LEAST 48 hours in advance over the phone or in person during business hours (Wed-Sat 7 am - 1 pm; Sun 7 am - noon) with the pastry team. If you are looking to order for Wednesday or Thursday, please order at least the week prior. We do not take orders through email.

*WEDDINGS - We are accepting limited wedding/large orders for 2026. This includes cakes and/or a variety of desserts, smaller cakes, etc. We'd be happy to discuss; please call the bakery during business hours. Please note we DO NOT deliver/cater.

*BAGELS - We have a 2-dozen limit in the shop, first come, first served only.

*We offer online ordering for large BAGEL ORDERS (3 DOZEN MINIMUM, AT LEAST 72 hours in advance). Please visit: https://scratch-baking-co.square.site/.

SCRATCH BAKING CLASSES - Info about our classes can be found here: https://www.scratchbakingco.com/scratch-bagel-baking-class. Classes and dates are announced on Instagram. We do not hold a waitlist for sold-out classes.

GIFT CARDS - Physical gift cards may be purchased in the bakery during business hours, or you can also purchase digital gift certificates here: https://squareup.com/gift/MLNBEKVNBSQP6/order and have it emailed to your recipient.

DONATIONS - While we generally do not donate baked goods, we're always happy to donate a gift card for an auction or raffle. Please send us information about your cause/event.
