If you have ever wanted to learn how to make our famous bagels, here’s your chance! Join us with co-founder Allison Reid, in our dedicated bread and bagel production space to learn about the bagel making process, and how you can make fabulous bagels at home!

Who is this class for: Any bagel enthusiast! Beginner to advanced bakers alike. We ask for bakers to be at least 18 years old (or 16 with a parent also in attendance)

Cost: $200

What to bring:  We recommend bringing a pen/notebook for notes, closed toe shoes (no heels), and a water bottle. 

During this workshop we will discuss:

  • A brief overview of starting and maintaining a sourdough starter

  • A discussion on different flours and grains

  • All aspects of mixing, proofing, dividing, shaping, boiling and baking our bagels in your home kitchen (and a peek at how we do it here!)

  • How to turn one base recipe into multiple flavors

  • The fermentation process of sourdough

  • Plenty of time for Q+A

A light lunch will be served, and you will get plenty of bagels to take home! You will also receive a copy of our bagel recipe to recreate the magic in your own kitchen. 

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be granted up until one week prior to the date of the class. Please contact us if issues arise with your attendance to this class. 

Covid policy: Masks are optional at this time. Please do not attend if you are feeling ill the day of the class.
