Bagels & Bread

Here at Scratch we love, love, love bread and bagels!  We bake in small batches hand cutting and shaping each bagel and loaf.  Most of of our doughs are made with our own carefully nurtured starters, Lulu and Laverne; giving them a deeper, rounder flavor and longer storage life (not to mention great toast).

  • Anadama
  • Muesli Bread
