Delicious made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and soups.

The Scratch savory eats menu is tasty, simple and always creative. Sandwiches are made on our amazing bread, meats are roasted and sliced in-house, stocks are made from scratch, and vegetables are local when possible. We even make our own pickles. There are always daily specials as well as a variety of prepared salads and whole quiche in the grab and go cooler.  We are also happy to put together sandwich or salad platters for larger events, the sky is the limit, just ask!

Slow Braised Pork Shoulder with Slaw, Bobby’s Bread and Butter Pickles, and Tangy BBQ Sauce on House Roll
